Denise Foster sends out first runner from Cullentra House at Clonmel on Tuesday
Denise 'Sneezy' Foster will send out her first runner from Cullentra House on Tuesday when Areutheoneiwant lines up in the concluding mares' bumper (5.30) at Clonmel.
Gordon Elliott starts his six-month suspension after being found guilty of bringing racing into disrepute at a hearing last Friday and Foster hopes she can get off the mark sooner rather than later.
She said: "Today was my first day on duty and I saw the horses working this morning but there was an awful lot of admin which needed to be taken care of.
"I'm really looking forward to watching all the horses work tomorrow [Tuesday] morning and I will have a good look at the mare [Areutheoneiwant] before she loads up on the lorry to go to Clonmel.
"I suppose it's a nice low-key start for me and it would be a fairytale to start off with a winner. The sooner I get a winner the better, and it would be lovely if it happened at Clonmel. I'm looking forward to seeing how she gets on and I'm very excited about getting stuck in to everything."
Areutheoneiwant, owned by John Byrne, will be ridden by Jamie Codd and is forecast to go off second favourite behind Ministers Hill and nine other rivals.
