Watch: Frankie Dettori and John Gosden deliver special message to the NHS
Frankie Dettori and John Gosden have delivered a special message to the NHS to thank its staff for their efforts in fighting the coronavirus.
They feature in a short video posted by Newmarket racecourse alongside Stradivarius and dual Arc winner Enable, who are wearing sheets showing the NHS logo inside a multi-coloured love heart.
Standing alongside Enable, Gosden said: "We'd like to say thank you to all in the NHS for your valiant and brave work in the face of this sinister disease. Enable is very proud of her new sheet."
They paid special tribute to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmonds and the hospital in Newmarket, which has become a testing centre for Covid-19.
Dettori has also been taking part in the Equestrian Relief initiative, which ends on Tuesday, and is aiming to raise £100,000 in ten days through a series of challenges and online auction.
