Confirmed runners and riders for the Al Shaqab Goodwood Cup
Royal Ascot Gold Cup winner Kyprios will face eight rivals, including Stradivarius and Trueshan, in Tuesday's Al Shaqab Goodwood Cup (3.35).
The Aidan O'Brien-trained four-year-old heads the betting and is a 5-4 shot with most firms to back up his success at the royal meeting and extend his unbeaten run this season to four.
Ryan Moore, who will ride Kyprios, got the better of Frankie Dettori and Stradivarius last time, but things will be different this time as Bjorn Nielsen has brought in Andrea Atzeni to ride Stradivarius.
Meanwhile, last year's winner Trueshan remains in contention to take his chance. The six-year-old missed Royal Ascot because of unsuitable ground, but produced one of the victories of the season when conceding up to 19lb in the Northumberland Plate last month.
The Andrew Balding-trained Coltrane will bid for Group 1 glory for the first time and comes into the contest in solid form having won the Ascot Stakes and a Listed race at Sandown on his two recent starts. Meanwhile, Balding will also saddle Nate The Great.
Princess Zoe, who finished sixth to Kyprios at Ascot, Away He Goes, Enemy and Thunderous make up the rest of the field.
