'Better than anything I've worked with' - Brough Scott hails ITV team after deal
Brough Scott, one of Britain’s most respected sports broadcasters, on Monday hailed the ITV Racing team as “better than anything” he has worked with after the terrestrial channel sealed a new three-year deal to continue its free-to-air coverage.
Scott spent 30 years as anchorman for ITV, then Channel 4 Racing, and in 2017 returned to ITV Racing as they regained terrestrial coverage of the sport.
ITV Racing won a Bafta for its coverage of the Grand National in its first year back and Scott, who has also worked for BBC and NBC among other broadcasting companies, feels ITV’s personnel and behind-the-camera team is unrivalled in his career.
