Nicky Henderson has reported Constitution Hill to be in fine form following his Christmas Hurdle victory and is looking forward to the rest of the season with his unbeaten superstar.

Reflecting on the seven-year-old's defeat of Lossiemouth at Kempton following a 12-month layoff, Henderson told the Racing Post on Friday morning: "You couldn't have hoped for better – that would've been impossible. Paddy Power cut Constitution Hill to 8-11 favourite for the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham in March, but Henderson said he would wait to make a decision on whether the nine-time winner would run in the Unibet Hurdle at the track on January 25.
