Don't stop Believing! Highclere hoping 'thriving' star sprinter can make Group 1 breakthrough in Flying Five
It has been quite a journey for Highclere with their star sprinter Believing this season and hopes are high that a first Group 1 win for the "thriving" filly is just around the corner.
The George Boughey-trained four-year-old has finished in the first four in six sprints in Britain and Ireland since early June and registered a career-best Racing Post Rating of 118 when second to Bradsell from a high draw in the Nunthorpe at York last month.
Believing won the Sapphire Stakes at the Curragh in July and will return to the same track for the Flying Five Stakes at the Irish Champions Festival on September 15, rather than contest the Betfair Sprint Cup at Haydock this Saturday, in which she finished third last year.
