Confirmed runners and riders for the Group 1 Sprint Cup at Haydock on Saturday as Kinross misses out
Kinross will miss Saturday's Betfair Sprint Cup (3.35) after he failed to feature among 16 runners declared for the Haydock Group 1.
The Ralph Beckett-trained seven-year-old, who was last seen finishing third in the Lennox Stakes, was taken out on Thursday morning. His regular rider Rossa Ryan will now partner Annaf, who makes his first start since winning in Saudi Arabia in February.
Commonwealth Cup hero and ante-post favourite Inisherin will lead a two-strong attack for high-profile owner Sheikh Mohammed Obaid Al Maktoum. He is also represented by Elite Status, who is one of three runners in the race for Karl Burke and will be ridden by Clifford Lee.
William Buick has been called up to ride July Cup runner-up Swingalong, while Burke will also rely on Deauville Group 3 winner Spycatcher, who will be partnered by Ryan Moore.
Bucanero Fuerte is among three Irish-trained runners. The Adrian Murray-trained three-year-old has been off the track since winning the Lacken Stakes in May, but makes his return from a 111-day absence under David Egan.
The Jessica Harrington-trained Givemethebeatboys, a Group 3 winner at the Curragh last time, and last year's Flying Five Stakes winner Moss Tucker also represent Ireland, who last won the 6f sprint in 2013 with Gordon Lord Byron. The Irish also scored in 1972 with Abergwaun.
Commonwealth Cup third Jasour bids to bounce back from a disappointing run in the July Cup, while Shouldvebeenaring has also been declared. He bids to avenge last year's defeat, when he went down by a neck to Regional.

How the market is shaping up for Saturday's big race
Betfair Sprint Cup (3.35 Haydock, Saturday)
Betfair: 7-2 Inisherin, 6 Elite Status, 8 Jasour, Swingalong, 10 Givemethebeatboys, Montassib, 11 Shouldvebeenaring, 14 Bucanero Fuerte, Kind Of Blue, 20 Annaf, Art Power, Spycatcher, 25 Flora Of Bermuda, Moss Tucker, Unequal Love, 50 Vadream
Betfair spokesman Barry Orr said: "As the betting suggests, it's an ultra-open renewal and a division currently without any real star but, hopefully, one of these can put their hand up and grab this Group 1 with authority. Inisherin has been favourite throughout the betting, but punters are taking advantage of additional each-way places and we've seen money for two Irish runners, Givemethebeatboys (14-1 into 10-1) and Bucanero Fuerte at 14-1."

1 Inisherin
2 Shouldvebeenaring
3 Swingalong
Inisherin looks a solid favourite here. He didn't quite stay a mile in the 2,000 Guineas, but looked much more comfortable over this trip when easily winning here and then at Royal Ascot. Newmarket's undulations didn't suit when he was only fifth in the July Cup, but that was still a respectable effort and he'll be much more comfortable back on this flatter track. Last year's runner-up Shouldvebeenaring is the most appealing of the older runners.

1 Shouldvebeenaring
2 Swingalong
3 Kind Of Blue
Three-year-olds inhabit four of the top five places in the market, but I'm not sure that's warranted after they disappointed in the July Cup. Kind Of Blue is the value among the Classic generation, but surely there's a forgotten horse here in Shouldvebeenaring. Third in the City of York last time, he'll be happier dropping back a furlong and a repeat of his second in this event 12 months ago would give him every chance.

1 Jasour
2 Elite Status
3 Insherin
It really does feel like there is a big race win in the enigmatic Jasour. Keenness and overexertion have been his downfall in many races, but when he gets it right this talented grey is a force to be reckoned with. In the July Cup he spoiled his chance once again by racing too keenly, carting his way into contention and looking a huge threat only to tie up inside the final furlong and finish sixth. If he's able to relax and settle better, he looks like having a big say in this.
