'At this stage Enable won at Chester and she's probably in the same park'
With the first two Classics completed, and after another busy week of action, including trials at Lingfield, here are ten quotes that could give us clues . . .
He's a lovely, big, hardy horse, but he's not a wimp! He came forward lovely from Navan and we thought he would come forward a bit more here. Every time he has run he has gone through the line and he hasn't been stopping, so hopefully he will get a mile and a half.

From two and a half to the winning post I never saw another horse and she won in good style. At this stage Enable won at Chester and she's probably in the same park. Every race she's improving and she won the trial by five lengths, so I'm delighted. We've always liked her from day one.

We always do our best to win no matter what. Always. But I'm always happy if they beat us. They're rivals, 100 per cent, but I'm always delighted when we get beaten by them. Believe me, though, there's no inch given anywhere. That's our job.

We said beforehand if we won, we would supplement, and I hope we do. She has come from a long way back and she's still learning her job. I feel guilty for not putting her in the Oaks initially but she has flourished and improved with racing.

United Nations put up a professional show today and we thought he would appreciate the extra distance coming out of the Blue Riband Trial at Epsom. We're very happy with that and as he's been around Epsom already, and now here, he's ticked those boxes.

He won't run in the Derby. The tests revealed he has a muscular issue behind and he will need a month-to-six-weeks box rest to let it heal. We have to do the right thing by the horse and the plan is to have him back for the autumn.

The Oaks is definitely a conversation we'll have with Richard [Ryan, Teme Valley racing manager] and Jim [Cockburn] now. She popped her head up today as if she should be going there. We kind of had the Curragh in our minds but we have to certainly talk about it now.

There are plenty of Aidan's in there with chances but I do think our fella has as good a chance as any in the race and I wouldn't swap him for anything.

We know the way they will be ridden if they all run. Changingoftheguard will go forward, as will Stone Age. Star Of India will go forward, but he is a little lazy, so might tuck in and take a lead. United Nations seemed to stay well and will go forward as well.

If he can get to either Epsom or the Curragh it'd be brilliant to be there and participating in it, but we'll make a plan one step at a time. We'll keep trying to step him up as he goes along.
