Altior, Politologue and Chacun Pour Soi among 31 entered for Champion Chase
Last year's hero Politologue, dual winner Altior and hot favourite Chacun Pour Soi were on Thursday among 31 entries for the feature race on day two of the Cheltenham Festival, the Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase.
Chacun Pour Soi, who heads the market at 5-4 with the race sponsors, was in winning action over Christmas with an imperious display in a Grade 1 chase at Leopardstown and is among 14 Irish-trained entries for the Champion Chase.
Chacun Pour Soi's trainer Willie Mullins, who is yet to win the Champion Chase, also has Cash Back, Cilaos Emery, Min and Tornado Flyer entered for the March 17 showpiece.

Reigning champ Politologue, who made a winning return in the Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown last month, is one of four entries for six-time Champion Chase winner Paul Nicholls, who also has Duc Des Genievres, Greaneteen and Magic Saint in the race.
Altior, who won the Champion Chase in 2018 and 2019 during a record-breaking run of 19 consecutive jumps wins, also features among 50 entries for the Ryanair Chase over 2m5f.
Altior returned from nine months off the track to finish second to Champion Chase hopeful Nube Negra at Kempton on December 27 and has tackled the Ryanair distance only once before when beaten by Cyrname in a bruising battle at Ascot in November 2019.
Last year's Ryanair winner Min again features among a formidable entry of 23 from Ireland, which also includes Grade 1 Savills Chase winner A Plus Tard.
Min narrowly heads the market at a best-price 6-1, with the Kim Bailey-trained Imperial Aura next in line at 7-1.
