Key information from around the tracks on Ladies' Day at Royal Ascot
It's day three – Ladies' Day – of Royal Ascot and the big social occasion of the meeting as racegoers parade their finest finery.
It also concerns Order Of St George and his quest to regain the Gold Cup he lost to Big Orange last year in the day's only Group 1.
Chelmsford starts the day's action, not 17 hours after its big evening fixture which featured Essex's first Listed race, closely and similarly followed by Ripon which ended yesterday's racing at 9.20pm.
Ffos Las provides jumps actuion in the evening alongside the Flat meetings at Lingfield, making it 14 races on the all-weather today, and Leopardstown.

The best of Racing Post Sport
The World Cup rolls on and Sporting Australia could do with a lift after the cricket team's battering. Dan Childs thinks the football team could do that today in their match with Denmark and he is keen to take on Argentina in the other game.
Mark Langdon has tips for the France v Peru match in the video below.
Final thought
Could this be the day Ryan Moore takes the meeting by storm after just one winner in the first two days? He rides in all six races with Order Of St George the ace in his hand.
