Euro Nightmare settled too well in the Pinnacle Stakes over course and distance last month and was soon trailing with too much ground to make up when the final sprint began. She did well to be beaten just over two lengths in a Group 3 in which recent winners were third and fourth.

God Given won the Pinnacle despite not making the running as usual, and the slow pace and sprint was not ideal. Luca Cumani completed the same double with Pongee in 2004 and this half-sister to Postponed – who made great strides at four – has the potential to be even better.
