The Punt Daily: Robbie Wilders' horse racing tips at Cheltenham on Tuesday

EACH-WAY PLAY

Teahupoo (3.30 Cheltenham)

Honeysuckle is all the rage for the Champion Hurdle but in Appreciate It and Teahupoo she may be locking horns with the two best horses she's face in her glittering career. Appreciate It is passed over on his first run of the season and Teahupoo is well worth backing each-way at a double-figure price, which looks huge. He looked a bit special at Gowran Park last time and his trainer, Gordon Elliott, thought he hated the ground there. The fact he is yet to run on anything quicker than yielding is ominous for the rest of the field if Elliott is correct. Teahupoo's RPR of 165 at Gowran equals that of Appreciate It's best effort and I wasn't overly taken by Honeysuckle's Irish Champion Hurdle success. Odds-on favourites lose ever year at the festival and she can be opposed with this rapid improver, who has a much better chance than his odds suggest.

EACH-WAY PLAY

Saint Segal (4.50 Cheltenham)

Boodles favourite Gaelic Warrior is obviously well treated running off a 10lb lower mark than his French rating but this is a handicap and there are likely to be several who have lots in hand off their marks. Saint Segal is one and he can be backed at over six times the price of Gaelic Warrior. Jane Williams knows the time of day with juveniles and this four-year-old looks nicely treated off an opening mark of 126 on the form of his Grade 1 second at Chepstow. Chester Williams was unable to utilise his 3lb claim there and Saint Segal travelled powerfully into the contest, without seeing out his race in the same manner as Porticello on soft ground. He registered a comfortable victory from two subsequent winners at Warwick on his next outing and seems to have been laid out for a race in which he is surely Britain's most likely winner. Several firms are offering six places and that'll do me.
