The Punt Acca: Robbie Wilders' three horse racing tips on Friday

Lord Caprio(5.05 Thirsk)

Got the job done in really good style at Ripon last time for Ben Haslam when the outsider of five and looks the one to beat in this 2m handicap. That was only his second run over a staying trip and he brings a lot of potential to the table. A 6lb rise could easily underestimate him and each of his chief rivals here have questions to answer after disappointing last time out.

Illuminazione(6.00 Tipperary)

It's a lot to ask for a once-raced filly to win a Group 3 on her first run on turf but Illuminazione is taken to defy her inexperience for Joseph O'Brien in the Fairy Bridge Stakes. There was no fluke when my selection beat the reopposing Honey Girl, who split Cachet and Sandrine in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot previously, on her debut at Dundalk last month. She is open to huge improvement and might be talented enough to repel more battle-hardened rivals.

Our Jester (6.10 Goodwood)

The prolific Most Cloudy failed to complete a six-timer in the Lonsdale Cup last time but wasn't disgraced in fifth and finished within two and a quarter lengths of the high-class Coltrane in second. However, giving weight to Our Jester could be tricky and the well-bred six-year-old is the pick. Our Jester just bumped into one of rain-softened ground when a good second on his handicap debut at Ffos Las last time and the handicapper might not have caught him yet.
