Sweetspots: Recordman can make big noise on Bin Suroor debut

Saeed Bin Suroor has an overall strike-rate of 35 per cent with his first-time-out three-year-olds (31-88). At Leicester, that stat improves to 67 per cent (4-6) and today he saddles Recordman (3.30).
Charlie Hills and Jim Crowley have individual strike-rates of 21 and 14 per cent at Leicester. When they combine, that rises to 40 per cent and they do so with Livvys Dream (2.20).

Richard Newland has a superb record of 18 wins from 54 runners (33 per cent) with horses making their debut for him having switched from another yard. Competition joined Newland from Brian Rothwell and goes in the 2.00 at Huntingdon.
