It would have been really disappointing had Enable not won the September Stakes yesterday but she still oozed star quality, and if she improves for the run as expected she is going to take some beating in the Arc De Triomphe.

With all due respect to Sea Of Class, she is miles behind Enable on form and as far as I can tell, the main danger to John Gosden's star might well be her stablemate Cracksman if the ground were to turn up soft in October.
