Wolverhampton Placepot tips: Robbie Wilders' selections for the £50,000 guarantee

Kingmont ran okay in a higher grade at Lingfield on her return from six months off in December and gets the vote in the 1m1½f handicap (4.30) that opens the Wolverhampton Placepot.

Northern Cracksman, who has shaped promisingly on all three starts since joining Lawrence Mullaney, brings good credentials to the table in the 1m½f handicap (5.00).

Expensive Godolphin newcomer Treasure Fleet could need the experience on his debut in the 1m½f novice (5.30), so preference is for the 81-rated Chemical and Crackalackin, who can come forward from a respectable debut over an inadequate trip at Chelmsford last month.

The most interesting runner in division one of the 6f classified race (6.00) is Bankrupt, who split two next-time-out winners over course and distance on his previous outing.

The second division (6.30) looks a decent opportunity for Back Tomorrow. She caught the eye here last week with a quick finish from a wider-than-ideal trip.

Lir Speciale's excellent record fresh makes him worth a second look in the 6f handicap (7.00), while Lady Dreamer shaped better than the distance beaten when third here a few weeks ago.
