US racing tips: Shane Ketteridge provides two selections at Churchill Downs on Saturday

Fancy
9.25pm Churchill Downs
1pt win

My Boy Prince
10.25pm Churchill Downs
1pt win

The Grade 3 Chilukki Stakes has been won by some lovely fillies and mares since its inception in 1986 and this year's running will be no exception as a strong field is set to line up over a mile on the dirt.

Two Sharp is likely to be a warm order off the back of her easy six-and-a-quarter-length victory in an allowance race at Keeneland last month but this can go to the Brendan Walsh-trained filly Fancy, who is drawn in the outside gate.

This daughter of Justify has been improving nicely in recent starts, which started with a seven-length allowance win over this course and distance in June.

She followed that up with a second in a stakes event at Ellis Park that came before a gutsy victory in an allowance optional claiming contest at Keeneland last month.

There is no doubt she is going the right way and jockey Tyler Gaffalione will look to get her into a stalking position from the outset.

The penultimate event at Churchill Downs is the Grade 3 Commonwealth Turf Stakes, which looks to be an open affair on paper, and a chance is taken on My Boy Prince, who will go well if running close to his best form.

Mark Casse’s colt has paid a visit to the winner's circle three times this season, all of which were in black type races over a fruitful summer campaign, and this race looks well within his compass.

A recent four-furlong breeze on the dirt here was a solid one and he may well get away from them here if breaking alertly from the gates under Florent Geroux.
