The Punt Acca: Matt Rennie's three horse racing tips from Kelso on Sunday

Three horses to include in a treble on Sunday. . .

Yokkell (2.40 Kelso)

John McConnell has a terrific record when sending runners to Kelso and can strike there again with this five-year-old in the 2m novice hurdle. The mare has taken well to hurdles, easily winning her first start at Down Royal in August before being beaten two lengths at Warwick last time. Her rivals look like they have plenty to find and and she would be dangerous to ignore.

Do No Wrong (3.15 Kelso)

Do No Wrong tends to thrive off staying tests, so this 3m2f handicap chase should bring out the best in him. The eight-year-old is generally consistent and ran a solid race when third at this track over 2m5½f last time. He's just 1lb higher for that, while his last three wins have all come over 3m. The good ground should also suit, given most of his wins have come on a sounder surface.

Fringill Dike (3.50 Kelso)

Fringill Dike brings race fitness to the table and that could be crucial for his chances in the feature 2m1f handicap chase. The Jedd O'Keeffe-trained seven-year-old has already run five times this season with two successes, including when bouncing back to his best when a wide-margin winner at Newton Abbot last time. While that race did fall apart, he's been given only a 1lb rise for that and could be more primed for this than his rivals.
