The Punt Acca: Matt Rennie was 3-3 on Monday - find out his tips at Doncaster, Kelso and Wincanton on Saturday

Reporter

Three horses to include in a treble on Saturday. . .

Choose A Copper (12.42 Kelso)

This six-year-old made a really taking chasing debut and can continue his progression through the ranks in the 2m5½f handicap chase. Trained by Lucinda Russell, he was handy over hurdles but is a strapping sort and looked destined to improve as soon as he went over fences. He jumped impeccably in the main at Hexham last month when beating Dare To Shout by a length and a quarter, who boosted the form when an impressive winner at Carlisle since. This longer trip will only bring out better for him and connections think he could be a very nice stayer in the making.

Zoum Zoum (1.20 Doncaster)

The Ralph Beckett-trained three-year-old is dangerous to ignore at this time of year and he can gain another Listed triumph in the Wentworth Stakes. The son of Zoustar thrives when the mud is flying, as shown when winning twice on heavy ground including at this level in France last November. Having struggled in the summer, he's bounced back to his best on his last two starts, including when taking the step back down to sprinting in his stride over this course and distance last time. The going is currently soft at Doncaster and that will only play further to his strengths.

Lord Accord (3.30 Wincanton)

The ground is set to be far quicker in the west country than other places across Britain and that'll only play to the strengths of Lord Accord in the Badger Beer Handicap Chase. Trained by Neil Mulholland, he had gone nearly two years without a win before easily scoring over hurdles at Sedgefield, before he was equally as impressive in a course-and-distance handicap chase last month. Six of his eight career wins have come on good ground, while he was second in this behind Fordon on officially good to firm two years ago. He goes off 8lb lower than that this time and he faces no rivals of his calibre. He looks primed for this.
