The Punt Acca: Lee Sharp's three horse racing tips at Fontwell and Newcastle on Tuesday

Three horses to include in a multiple on Tuesday . . .

Top Speed (2.30 Fontwell)

The majority of these are making their seasonal reappearance, and this could provide an edge to Top Speed, who has the benefit of a run. Admittedly, there was not much to shout about his latest effort as he was tailed off over fences last time, but he is sent back over hurdles. He won a maiden hurdle for previous trainer Henry de Bromhead last year, and that looked a decent affair. He had a couple of runs in handicap hurdles off higher marks since but was unable to get competitive in those. He's back down to a mark of 110. The cheekpieces did not have the desired effect, so they have been replaced with blinkers, but the tongue-tie remains.

Propelled (3.05 Fontwell)

Nicky Henderson's seven-year-old should be ready to go one better and strike gold after finishing second last time at Southwell. He'd taken a huge tumble in the weights after starting with an opening mark of 106, but he's been much more competitive on his two most recent starts off 89 and 86 with Nico de Boinville back on board. He should be competitive again.

Sycamore Gap (4.10 Newcastle)

Has registered form figures of 322 over the last month. He's not the easiest to win with as he's still a maiden after 16 starts. However, this race looks very weak, with Trailblazer being the only runner to have won a race before, and even that was not on the Flat. Sycamore Gap looks to be the best horse in the race, but things just haven't fallen his way yet. He ought to be winning this.
