The Punt Acca: Lee Sharp's three horse racing tips at Catterick, Lingfield and Newcastle on Tuesday

Three horses to include in a multiple on Tuesday . . .

No News (2.30 Lingfield)

This race is for horses without a win during the 2024 Flat season, but one of these does have a win to their name this year and that's No News, who won in January at Kempton. He's struggled to replicate his all-weather form on turf, finishing well beaten in two starts at Newmarket and Yarmouth. A disappointing run over a mile here followed, but his recent effort over 7f showed a return to form. He's 2lb below his last winning mark, and with Oisin Murphy booked, he'll likely be strong in the market. That should be justified with a win.

Jalaybee (4.57 Catterick)

Three-year-old Jalaybee could spring a surprise here on his second start for the Declan Carroll yard. As a two-year-old under Dermot Weld, he showed plenty of promise, finishing second to Democracy and Givemethebeatboys in two of his first three starts. However, he has yet to replicate that form and is still searching for his first win. Last time out, he raced a bit too keenly up front but kept on well to the line, showing some encouraging signs. His best efforts have come on slower ground and he will get that.

Juicy (6.30 Newcastle)

Takes a step down in class and is upped to 6f for the first time. She returned after a 113-day break following a disappointing run at Ascot in what was a highly competitive Racing League contest and she ran to her mark. What was encouraging was that she broke much better from the stalls, something that cost her during her second and third starts. She's got good enough form to win a race at this level and is still lightly raced compared to her rivals, so is open to a bit more improvement.
