Three horses to include in a treble on Sunday

Disco Annie (12.25 Carlisle)

Disco Annie is becoming somewhat of a track specialist, having struck on two of her three starts at Carlisle but failing to win on any of her other six runs elsewhere. She made an instant impact in handicaps when winning here in November and followed up over the same course and distance eight days later under a 7lb penalty. She was value for more than the neck winning margin that day, given she was virtually stopped in her tracks two from home, and should continue to progress now sent chasing after a tough task last time.

Helnwein (12.45 Windsor)

Helnwein won the valuable novice handicap hurdle at Sandown in April, form that's been franked with the runner-up going down narrowly in the Greatwood, and he looked set to make a winning debut over fences before just being outstayed by a race-fit rival who was in receipt of 12lb. He has to give weight away here again, but should strip fitter for the run and a 1lb rise shouldn't stop Alan King's runner from making it second time lucky.

Hasthing (3.05 Windsor)

Hasthing, third in last year's Grade 2 bumper at Aintree's Grand National, looked promising when winning two hurdles at around 2m4f and was far from disgraced when sixth in a valuable novice handicap at Sandown in March. He didn't always jump with fluency on his chasing debut last time but kept on nicely for fourth over an inadequate distance. He looks handicapped to go well on the pick of his hurdling form and will be suited by the longer trip.
