The Punt Acca: Charlie Huggins' three horse racing tips at Fontwell and Saint-Cloud on Friday

Three horses to include in a treble on Friday . . .

Harvey (12.05 Saint-Cloud)

Beaten a length by Scandalo on his debut at Chantilly and the winner has finished third in a Deauville Group 3 since behind Cowardofthecounty. Houquetot, who split Scandalo and Cowardofthecounty, has subsequently won a Longchamp Group 3 so the form looks solid. Harvey won a Clairefontaine maiden by six lengths on his next start and the form of main market rival Maranoa Charlie has been dented by the seconds from his two victories being well beaten on their next starts.

Galloping Pride (2.00 Fontwell)

Never travelling when pulled up by Tom Bellamy on his chasing debut at Southwell in June but has recorded two respectable second-placed efforts since. Galloping Pride beat 11 of his rivals when bumping into the well-treated course specialist Judge Earle at Worcester in July. The seven-year-old beat Hidden Depths, who went on to win a more valuable race at Perth off the same mark, by nine and a half lengths back at Worcester last time. The selection chased home Olivers Travels, who beaten only half a length off 8lb higher in a better race on his next start. Therefore, a reproduction of that run should result in a first victory over fences for Emma Lavelle's son of Yeats.

Kalif D'Airy (5.30 Fontwell)

Clearly showed ability at home as he began his career in a Cheltenham bumper before finishing a respectable third on his hurdling debut in January. The runner-up from that Newbury event, Wreckless Eric, has won both of his starts since and the fourth and seventh have also won since. Kalif D'Airy was third behind the unbeaten Kel Du Large in February when last seen and the second from that Hereford contest, Don Virginia, was unlucky not to be awarded a race at Warwick by the stewards on Thursday. An opening mark of 102 may underestimate Gary and Josh Moore's four-year-old, who is of series interest on his handicap debut.
