The Punt Acca: Charlie Huggins bids to follow up a 3-1 winner with three horse racing tips at Ludlow and Newbury

Three horses to include in a multiple on Thursday . . .

Of Course You Can (12.40 Ludlow)

Came good after an 83-day break over course and distance last month when scoring by nine and a half lengths. That took the mare's form figures at Ludlow to 331 and although she was given a 10lb rise for her first victory at the 12th attempt, top amateur Jack Hendrick's claim means she is only 5lb worse off. Hendrick transferred his red-hot form in the Irish pointing sphere, in which he has ridden seven winners from his last 18 rides, to Chepstow on Wednesday when he rode a winner for Of Course You Can's trainer Neil Mulholland. The combination may strike again here.

Roysse (1.05 Newbury)

Fourth behind subsequent Aintree Grade 2 winner Horaces Pearl on his debut in November last year. That Wincanton bumper was a decent event as the seventh, eighth and twelfth have all won since. Roysse got off the mark on at this track and trip in January in another race that has worked out well. The five-year-old beat Jurancon by two and a half lengths and the runner-up has won twice since, including over hurdles at Chepstow on Wednesday. The fourth, sixth and ninth from Roysse's victory have all won subsequently so the son of Kayf Tara should have enough class to make it two from two over course and distance on his hurdling debut, providing he is ready to go on his first start for 289 days after wind surgery.

Emiton (2.52 Newbury)

Form figures of 1121 at Newbury including when runner-up in this race last year on his seasonal debut. The ten-year-old, who beat subsequent Pertemps Final runner-up Kyntara by a length and three-quarters at this track and trip in February, finished fifth in that Cheltenham Festival contest when last seen. He meets Monmiral, the winner of that event, on 7lb better terms, and may be more ready to get his head in front on his reappearance at his favourite track than that Paul Nicholls-trained topweight.
