Spotlight Lucky 15 tips: four horses to back at Catterick, Newcastle and Wincanton on Tuesday

The best four Spotlight tips to include in a Lucky 15 today

What is a Lucky 15?

A Lucky 15 is one of the most popular multiple bets among horseracing punters and the clue is in the name as a Lucky 15 consists of 15 bets on four selections in different events. That equals four singles, six doubles, four trebles and a fourfold accumulator.

The beauty of the Lucky 15 is that only one selection of four must win to guarantee a return and the majority of bookmakers will offer incentives to play the bet.

Langton Wold 3.00 Catterick

Just a respectable third on chasing debut at Stratford (2m1f, good) in June but he is 7lb lower now and reverts to fences after two good hurdle runs at Sedgefield; strong contender.

Imperial Jade 3.45 Wincanton

Has run well in both her races following wind surgery, finishing third of 14 at Chepstow (2m, soft) and rallying for the same position over course and distance last month after suffering interference; much respected off the same mark.

Jackson Street 6.30 Newcastle

He had threatened prior to breaking his duck at the 16th attempt, finishing off strongly in a well-run race over course and distance two weeks ago; 5lb rise still leaves him on a fair mark and he's a strong contender.

Cut To The Chase 7.30 Newcastle

Kept on stoutly to win a similar event over course and distance five days ago; unexposed as a sprinter and although the 6lb penalty asks a stiffer question, he may well be up to the task.

How to calculate your Lucky 15 returns?

How much your bet returns will depend on how many selections win, and their respective odds. For example, if two of your selections win then you can expect to be paid on on two single bets, and a double of the two selections. If three selections win then you can expect to be paid out on three singles, three doubles and a treble, and so on.
