Southwell Placepot tips: Harry Wilson serves up a trimmed perm for the £50,000 guaranteed pool

The £50,000 guaranteed pool heads to Southwell and there are a few races on the card that look ripe for a banker.

The opening 5f handicap (4.20) is one of the more competitive affairs. Suanni ran into a handicap blot at Wolverhampton last month and could be hard to beat from just 1lb higher, but he hasn't been at his best in two visits to this track, so it's best to add Northern Prince.

All Ways Glamorous looks the most likely to give his running in the 5f maiden (4.55), while Kristal Klear was an impressive winner at Wolverhampton last week and can follow up in division one of the 5f handicap (5.30).

In division two (6.00), Kodebreaker is in good form and rarely runs a bad race at this track. He goes in alongside First Dynasty, who was a close third over course and distance in July and is 1lb lower.

Jonquil and Shah bring strong form to the 7f novice (6.30), but the latter is preferred in receipt of 6lb from his main rival, while Different Drum won well when trying this trip for the first time at Newcastle last month and can be relied on to make the frame in the 2m½f handicap (7.00).
