Sedgefield Placepot tips: Robbie Wilders' picks for the £50,000 guarantee

Willie Mullins has his first runner at Sedgefield and there's no leaving Mr Escobar out of the Placepot perm in the opening novice hurdle (12.55).

He's rated 87 on the Flat and is lightly raced in this sphere, having run well at Listowel two starts back.

The well-bred Trafalgar Square stands out in the 2m1f handicap hurdle (1.25) for Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero. He can utilise his weight-for-age allowance against modest opposition.

Augharue went close behind a subsequent winner at Kelso last month and appeals most in the 2m½f handicap chase (2.00).

Laser Focus may be racing off a 20lb higher mark than when successful at Fakenham last week, but he won at a canter and can continue his upward trajectory for James Owen in the 2m4f handicap hurdle (2.30).

Bebside Banter, who is building an excellent course record, can follow up his victory a few weeks ago in the next (3.00). There's no reason to think he won't come forward again from his return.

Newcomers Is That Alright and Old Blue Eyes catch the eye on breeding and connections in a tricky concluding bumper (3.30).
