Newmarket Placepot tips: Robbie Wilders' selections for the £50,000 guarantee
The first day of Newmarket's Cambridgeshire meeting kicks off with a mile maiden (1.35) and seven of the eight runners are newcomers.
Naval Command has a Futurity Trophy entry and represents the track's dominant pair in Charlie Appleby and William Buick. Devil's Advocate, another Godolphin colt with a top pedigree, also goes in for the Gosdens.
Celeborn is first on the list in the mile nursery (2.10) as he shaped better than the result when losing his unbeaten record at Salisbury. Louie The Legend is going the right way and should like this extra furlong.
Sophia's Starlight has slipped to a tempting mark in the 6f fillies' handicap (2.45), and a return to sprinting looks the right move for Geologist.
Symbol Of Honour ran a sound race in the Flying Scotsman two weeks ago and can build on that in the Tattersalls Stakes (3.20). Unbeaten colt Diego Ventura also has something to recommend him.
Al Nayyir ran a superb race on his debut for Tom Clover in the Lonsdale Cup and won't be far away in the Rose Bowl Stakes (3.55). Harbour Wind is an interesting alternative.
Candyman Stan and Fighter Command arrive following big career-bests and appeal most in the final leg (4.30).
