Huntingdon winner Great Samourai is another for the shortlist, while Onewayortother may be suited by the step back up in trip. David Bellingham

There's a few interesting horses in here. Willie Mullins usually does extremely well with his French recruits and Karniquet has to be respected on his Irish debut. Buckaway Freddie, Olympy De Cerisy and Crescent Moon are interesting but DOWNMEXICOWAY can gain compensation after going close on his hurdles debut at Galway last month. Grainne A Chroi could go well at a bigger price.

The most obvious answer is bang-in-form 7yo CLEAN GETAWAY, who has already collected three course wins this autumn and is probably still on a workable mark for this switch back to chasing. Mutual Respect is also in good nick but he was probably fortunate to win his last two races and a bigger threat to the selection may come from Minella Youngy, who was placed on ground that was slower than ideal at Hexham last month.
