A classy contest. Grand National runner-up Vanillier has not impressed in what he has done lately but perhaps these obstacles may light a spark. Solitary Man is another interesting recruit to banks and Stumptown has an obvious chance having won here at the festival. The standard is set though by Coko Beach, who would not have been far away in the Pardubicka and comes here in good heart.

Let's Sail Away, Pottersjetamay, Diamond Geezer, Holy Legend and Skiffle Man have similar profiles in that it's not been pretty thus far but handicaps are now a better option. It will be interesting to see what the market makes of their chances. However, Henry Daly's horses are going well and it's probably safe to say that Strackan won't bump into such a progressive rival as he did at Worcester.
