Kempton Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway's selections for a £50,000 guaranteed pool

The Tote’s £50,000 Placepot guarantee moves on to Kempton on Wednesday and the 7f handicap (4.25) is a tough opener. Put course winners Arctician and Billy Mill in the perm.

Division one of the mile handicap (5.00) is next and this is another difficult one. Take The Boat ran well last time and is open to further improvement. Arctic Mission can also go well.

There's more form to go on in the second division (5.30) and the hat-trick-seeking Manton Road looks certain to run well again. However, it’s also looks worth including Perfect Parole.

The mile maiden (6.00) is quite an open race for its type and there's more to come from Shipshape, whose trainer, Ralph Beckett, does so well at Kempton. Final Night also goes in.

Forever Proud was successful here two starts ago and can go well in a first-time visor in the mile fillies’ handicap (6.30) along with More Than A Feelin, while Cajetan is my nap of the night in the 6f handicap (7.00).
