Kempton Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway with his selections for a £50,000 guaranteed pool

The Tote's £50,000 Placepot guarantee is at Kempton and the opening 1m4f handicap (4.12) might be between Darkzideofthemoon and Pablo Prince, who fought out the finish to a race over 1m3f at the course 23 days ago. It's worth including both in the perm at this longer trip.

The first division of the 7f novice (4.43) looks tricky as those with form don't set a fearsome standard. Take a chance on newcomers Music Of Time and General Admission.

Division two (5.15) should be more straightforward because Detain looks a class apart.

The 6f nursery (5.45) comes up next and Hucklesbrook makes plenty of appeal following a good effort on turf at Sandown. His brother, Holkham Bay, was fully effective on the all-weather so the surface should suit. Put Hucklesbrook in alongside Nightbird.

Scarlet Princess and Requisite look the two for the mile fillies' novice (6.15), while the mile handicap (6.45) looks like a good chance for Falcon Nine. Midnight Drive can also go well.
