Kempton Placepot picks: Tom Segal's perm for the £50k guaranteed pool
The Listed hurdle (4.00) at Kempton might just be the classiest jumps race run in Britain this season and it makes sense to include prolific winner Casa No Mento with the Nigel Twiston-Davies team in such good health.
She receives a lot of weight from Rubaud and, provided the ground isn't too testing, this looks a good opportunity for her.
However, Kihavah has looked an improved horse on the Flat this season and has taken his rating to 101. If he can translate that to hurdles, he has a massive chance and must go in the perm too.
The two Joe Tizzard-trained handicap chasers on the card have good form at Kempton so they are included, with Killer Kane being especially well handicapped in the staying chase (4.35).
He's dropped to a mark 4lb lower than when easily winning over course and distance in February last year, but watch out for Poppa Poutine in the same race. Coming from the Twiston-Davies yard, I wouldn't be worried about his fitness after a long absence.
Bourbali is the Tizzard horse to keep a close eye on in the 2m2f handicap chase (3.25). He could make all but he's been off for a bit, so Frere D'Armes is suggested as well after a fair effort on his comeback run last month.
It might be worth relying on one horse in the other races with Model Approach having shown a good aptitude for hurdling already in the juvenile event (1.40), while Tribal Glory can take advantage of the weight he receives from Seeyouinmydreams in the novice hurdle (2.50).
The final banker has to be Alien Storm in the novice handicap chase (2.15). His jumping was impeccable on his debut and the form has worked out nicely too.
