Monday's racing tips: six horses to consider putting in your multiple bets . . .

Handicappers' nap

Smugglers Haven (2.20 Plumpton)

Sara Bradstock's mare stepped up on her previous form when making a winning handicap debut at Hereford last month and the return to a left-handed track looks sure to suit.

Eyecatcher

Reddeef (4.15 Southwell)

Charlie Fellowes's juvenile has been improving steadily and shaped as though a first win was just around the corner when second on his handicap debut at Kempton last time.

The Punt nap

Jack Sprat (3.30 Exeter)

Showed plenty of promise on his chasing debut at Wetherby last month, rallying well to take fifth over an inadequate trip after looking outpaced. Getting back on a right-handed track over a longer trip, and on better ground, will suit Jamie Snowden's runner and a 1lb drop only makes him more appealing.

Speed figures

The Wolf (2.10 Leicester)

Took advantage of a falling handicap mark to end a barren spell emphatically at Huntingdon a week ago. Olly Murphy's ten-year-old earned the best speed figures on the card and can shrug off his penalty.

West Country nap

Sea Invasion (1.50 Plumpton)

Smart winner here in March and form behind Doyen Quest has been boosted. Has potential to progress over fences.

Dark horse

Maids Head (4.15 Southwell)

She has been consistent this year without winning. She has a nice weight swing with Saxon Warrior, who beat her last time, and she should be in contention again.
