Carlisle Placepot tips: Harry Wilson serves up his perm for the £50,000 guaranteed pool

An open 6f novice (2.20) for fillies kicks off the Tote's guaranteed pool at Carlisle and a couple of runners are needed for Placepot purposes.

Richard Hannon sends one runner on the long trip north and Thecoffeepoddotco will be hard to keep out of the frame if rediscovering her form in first-time cheekpieces. She was disappointing at Windsor last time, though, so Monetize goes in as back-up.

Zadkiel is bred to be a lot better than his opening mark of 62 and may step forward in the 6f nursery (2.50). Also add Stirrup Cup, who ran well over course and distance on soft ground in June.

The ultra-consistent Atomise and last-time-out winner Mrs Trump are the picks in the 6f handicap (3.25), while Stash The Cash has dropped below his last winning mark and can be relied on in the 5f handicap (3.55).

Games People Play showed plenty of promise on soft ground on her debut and, with the form of her Newbury third in May working out well, she will be tough to beat back in maiden company (4.28).

Isle Of Wolves loves soft ground and a 4lb rise for last month's course-and-distance success shouldn't stop him running well again in the mile handicap (5.03). This race is tougher, though, so the well-handicapped course winner William Dewhirst goes in too.
