'Winning a maiden is very achievable' - Justin O'Hanlon with four juveniles to follow from last week
Enziya
Trainer:
Ray Cody
5th,
mile two-year-old maiden, Gowran Park, October 21
As
the turf Flat season comes to a close, the maidens were informative
last week but also run on bad ground. This gelded son of Night
Of Thunder ran a race of promise, though, despite the conditions.
Slowly into stride, he never managed to get into a competitive position and showed plenty of greenness, but having run around in the straight began to keep on in the closing stages without being knocked about inside the last.
He is bred to be effective at up to 1m2f and shapes as though he will appreciate better ground.
