'It was a very encouraging debut' - Justin O'Hanlon with four juveniles to follow from last week

5th, 7f
two-year-old fillies' maiden, Dundalk, September 27
A
good weekend of Flat racing with plenty of clues for the future
began with the performance of this filly in the maiden at Dundalk on
Friday.
She was having her third run, having been down the field in a pair of good maidens on turf. She was not quickly into stride and raced in mid-division, but from two furlongs out she began to make headway and was quite strong to the line in finishing fifth, beaten just over five lengths.
Connections might be tempted to go for another maiden, but a handicap mark is more likely to be sought and she looks certain to be of interest in a nursery back here.
