Wide-margin bumper winner Noble Yeats added to Tattersalls February Sale
The son of Yeats struck by 19 lengths at Thurles on Wednesday
Wide-margin bumper winner Noble Yeats has been added to next month's Tattersalls February Sale as a wildcard.
The son of Yeats, who is catalogued as Lot 256A, was a neck second in a point-to-point at Ballindenisk in December 2019 and confirmed the promise of his rules third when winning at Thurles by 19 lengths on Wednesday.
Trained by Emmet Mullins, the six-year-old also holds an entry for the Grade 2 Future Stars I.N.H. Flat Race at Leopardstown on February 6.
The Paul Byrne-owned gelding was a €6,500 purchase from Tattersalls Ireland August National Hunt Sale in 2018 when consigned by Glen Stables and was subsequently resold for £75,000 at Tattersalls Cheltenham December Sale in 2019.
Noble Yeats is the third foal out of the winning Flemensfirth mare That's Moyne and is a brother to Hudson Yard, who struck in an Exeter maiden hurdle earlier this month.
The Tattersalls February Sale will take place as a live virtual sale on February 4 and 5 with bidding taking place either online through the Tattersalls live internet bidding platform or telephone bidding through members of the Tattersalls team.
