Watch: National Hunt sire Axxos' daily routine at Hundred Acre Stud
The son of Monsun has sired Calett Mad among several smart performers
GBRI's final stallion virtual visit of this current series takes us to Hundred Acre Stud in Lincolnshire, the home of proven National Hunt sire Axxos.
The 17-year-old son of Monsun - a German Group 2 winner and runner-up in the Grand Prix de Paris at three - is responsible for the likes of Listed hurdle winner and Towton Novices' Chase runner-up Calett Mad, and is one of three stallions standing for the operation.
James Gray takes viewers through the daily routine of Axxos, from turn out in the field to walking in hand and then covering a mare, with his favourite part of the day being the simple pleasure of going for a stroll round the farm with a stallion.
