Watch here! A pair of Masar filly foals at Chasemore Farm
The Derby-winning Darley sire has had his first foals arrive this year
Darley's Derby winner and exciting young sire Masar has had his first foals arrive this term, and in this video Chasemore Farm's manager Jack Conroy takes us behind the scenes at the Surrey-based operation.
Conroy introduces us to two filly foals by the Dalham Hall sire and gives insight into the daily routine at the farm.
Masar, who will stand this year for a fee of £14,000, won the Solario Stakes at two and was then third in the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere.
At three, the son of New Approach landed the Craven Stakes by nine lengths before finishing third in the 2,000 Guineas to Saxon Warrior. His Derby triumph in 2018 was the the first time the Godolphin blue had been carried to victory in the race.
