Hello Youmzain share tops Arqana Online November Sale at €250,000

A share in Hello Youmzain, who has impressed with his first crop of runners from Haras d'Etreham,  was returned as top lot among a sale of nominations offered in Tuesday's Arqana Online November Sale.

It made €250,000 when bought by Laurent Benoit of Broadhurst Agency, and was followed by a share in another bright young stallion, Tweenhills resident Kameko. This was bought by the Wertheimer family's breeding operation at €180,000. The other six-figure return came for a share in another Etreham resident, Persian King, bought for €150,000 by Haras du Chateau.

Overall the sale offered offering 13 shares and four breeding rights, with 14 sold for a total of €1,019,000.

A breeding right to Goliath Du Berlais made €79,000 to Al Stud for Ecurie les Boulaies and l’Elevage de la Moliere, while others posted were Victor Ludorum (€50,000 to Stroud Coleman Bloodstock), Latrobe (€18,000, Guy Petit) and Paradiso (€16,000, Francois Chene).

Of shares, one in Sealiway went for €40,000 to Horse France, Goken (€30,000, Haras de Colleville), Nirvana Du Berlais (€54,000, Antonin Pelsy and Spincourt Bloodstock) City Light (€46,000, private buyer), Muhaarar (€40,000, EDC Agency), Puchkine (€35,000 to Howson and Houldsworth Bloodstock) and Beaumec De Houelle (€31,000, Guy Petit).
