Well-related yearlings, foals and mares among Tattersalls Ireland Sapphire Sale catalogue
A number of well-related yearlings, foals and mares feature among 123 entries for the Tattersalls Ireland Sapphire Sale next month.
Taking place on November 14, it is the first European foal and breeding stock sale of the year and will begin at 11am.
Among the yearling section highlights are a Gleneagles half-brother to Group 3 winner Jet Away, a Gregorian half-brother to stakes scorer Exclusive Potion, a Soldier’s Call filly of out a half-sister to Railway Stakes winner Go Bears Go, a Cotai Glory half-brother to Grade 2 victor Cotai Wakool and a Wootton Bassett half-sister to Listed winner Atalis Bay.
The foal section includes a King of Change filly out of Group 3 winner Gothic Dance, a Space Traveller filly out of a half-sister to Listed winner and Group-placed Wyclif, plus a Supremacy colt out of Rockfel Stakes second Cochabamba.
Eight mares have been catalogued including Tiscommonknowledge, a sister to Listed winner Common Practice, while Firth Of Clyde Stakes winner Dark Reckoning will be offered in foal to Coulsty.
