Toogoodtobetrue's first foal Carlisle Bay heads the cast of Saturday newcomers
Ballymore take on Coolmore at Newmarket with Bolshoi Ballet facing Mystical Dawn
Aidan O'Brien and Coolmore do not now have Love to look forward to on Sunday, but there is invariably an interesting juvenile newcomer just around the corner, and Carlisle Bay looks just that in the opening maiden at Tipperary on Saturday.
The Galileo homebred is out of Curragh maiden winner Toogoodtobetrue and is her first foal. The dam also placed in the Group 3 Debutante Stakes in a short but sweet career for O'Brien in the summer of 2014.
Michael Hussey has been booked to partner Carlisle Bay in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden (12.45), in which Jim Bolger runs an interesting-looking juvenile filly debutante, New Appointment.
She is closely related to Criterium International winner Loch Garman, being a daughter of Irish Question out of New Approach - Loch Garman was by Teofilo.
Ballydoyle and Coolmore are also represented in the opening maiden at Newmarket on Saturday by Southern France's brother Bolshoi Ballet, who is set to face seven rivals with Ryan Moore in the saddle.
Indeed, the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden (1.05) could well be one to keep an eye on, with Bolshoi Ballet's rivals including Mystical Dawn, a €500,000 purchase at last year's Goffs Orby sale who makes his debut for Godolphin.
The son of Sea The Stars is out of the Listed-placed My Spirit, who is a half-sister to the high-class Banimpire.
Later on the same card, in the Prestige Agri Maiden (3.55) Mystical Dawn's trainer Charlie Appleby gives a debut to Frankel's son Fabrizio, a 300,000gns purchase at last year's Tattersalls October Book 1 sale from the Newsells Park draft.
Among Fabrizia's rivals is Fiona Denniff homebred Auria, a half-sister to six winners, notably Beat The Bank.
