Malinas and Way To Paris head the Coolagown Stud roster of five stallions for the 2022 breeding season.

Both horses will stand for €3,500 and are at important junctures in their stallion careers. The first Irish-bred crop of Malinas, who stands at Coolagown in partnership with his former home of Glenview Stud, will turn five on January 1, while the first foals of Group 1 winner Way To Paris will arrive in the spring.

"Way To Paris received excellent support from breeders in his first season and has 120 mares in foal," commented Coolagown Stud's David Stack.

"Malinas is a proven source of high-class National Hunt performers and his first crop conceived at Rathbarry and Glenview contains Willie Mullins' exciting unbeaten bumper winner Dark Raven and Merry Maker, who won a four-year-old maiden for Pierce Power."

The fee for Grand Prix de Paris winner Zambezi Sun, who is by the late Dansili, has been set at €2,000. Zambezi Sun's first crop conceived at Coolagown will shortly turn four and his older runners include the classy Zambella, who won the Listed Houghton Mares' Chase at Aintree earlier this month for Nigel Twiston-Davies. Zambella, like Dark Raven, is owned by Simon Munir and Isaac Souede.

Carlotamix, sire of dual Grade 1-winning hurdler Gemix who is himself a promising young stallion in France, has also been listed at €2,000, while the line-up is completed by Shantaram, a Group 3- winning son of Galileo who will be available for €1,000.

The farm also offers a 50 per cent discount for filly foals and operates live foal terms.
