Joan Of Arc extends perfect black-type record of broodmare You'resothrilling
Leopardstown scorer initiates big-race double for Galileo
The impact of You'resothrilling on the Coolmore racing empire has already been enviable and the magnificent Storm Cat mare embellished her record as Joan Of Arc became her seventh stakes performer from as many foals in the Irish 1,000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown.
A commanding victory sets up an attempt on the Classic itself, and a win there would see her become the fourth sibling to collect a Group 1.
You'resothrilling, who landed the old Cherry Hinton Stakes in 2007, did not have the chance of running in a Guineas but her foremost son Gleneagles has a pair of them. Marvellous claimed the Irish 1,000 Guineas in 2015 and Happily was third in both the Newmarket and Irish versions three years ago.

Coolmore and Taj Mahal are also Group winners, while the only member of the family not to have actually won at that level, Vatican City, was beaten only by Siskin in last year's Irish Guineas.
You'resothrilling has exclusively been mated with Galileo so far, and she has a two-year-old filly by the same sire, who is likely to be the next one seen on the track.
The meeting provided a Group-race double for Galileo as Bolshoi Ballet landed the same Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial that propelled his sire to Epsom glory 20 years ago.
This race has not been the source of any of Galileo's five previous Derby heroes, although the winner of two trials was promoted to Epsom favourite after forging six lengths clear. Stamina should not be an issue for Bolshoi Ballet, bred by Lynch-Bages and Rhinestone Bloodstock and out of an Anabaa half-sister to a French Oaks runner-up.
His full-brother Southern France was third in the St Leger, while several others stayed at least a mile and a half.
