Watch Clovis Du Berlais's first foal moments after birth
Filly's granddam is a three-parts sister to Rule The World
A filly out of Lady Of Llanarmon became the first foal for her sire Clovis Du Berlais - a son of King's Theatre and high-class hurdler in France - when she was foaled at Yorton Farm Stud on January 22.
Bred by Chris Edwards, the filly is the first foal out of the placed Yeats mare Lady Of Llanarmon, a closely related sister to Listed-placed chaser Two Swallows.
They in turn are out of dual Listed hurdle winner One Gulp, a three-parts sister to 2016 Grand National hero Rule The World and half-sister to Grade 2 hurdle winner Venalmar.
"Very proud to have the first foal, a gorgeous filly, by exciting new National Hunt stallion Clovis Du Berlais," tweeted Edwards.
Both mother and foal are described as doing well.
