RaceBets have unveiled their prices for leading first-crop sire in Britain and Ireland in the coming Flat season - read the full story here - and to celebrate they have generously sponsored five £50 charity bets.

So the Racing Post has got in touch with five industry insiders to find out their verdicts and to nominate a good cause to whom any winnings would go.

Joey Cullen, Goffs marketing director

Choice War Command at 7-1

Charity Irish Horse Welfare Trust

While I was very impressed with the Kingman yearlings I'm going to go with War Command. He was a fantastic two-year-old - that six-length Coventry Stakes victory is hard to forget - and he has plenty of sharp and precocious horses on the ground. We sold some very nice ones at Goffs and Goffs UK.

Hugh Hyland, Oghill House Stud

Choice Kingman at 3-1

Charity Irish Injured Jockeys

Kingman was a precocious two-year-old, blowing away the field on his debut at Newmarket in June. He retired as champion miler at three and possessed a breathtaking turn of foot. As a son of Invincible Spirit out of a Classic-winning half-sister to Oasis Dream he looks to have it all. Furthermore, we have a very strong, good-moving Kingman foal on the farm.

Jinks James, Brookside Stud

Choice Garswood at 16-1

Charity Racing Welfare

I've heard some good reports about the Garswood two-year-olds. Richard Fahey has a lot, and he's sure to send out a few winners, and apparently Shadwell have one by him who they think could be a Royal Ascot horse. I think he could be a surprise package and could do well, especially numerically.

Tim Lane, National Stud manager

Choice Kingman at 3-1

Charity Sue Ryder

Kingman ticks all the boxes for me. He's a beautiful horse who was a high-class two-year-old and showed a lot of pace in his races. He's covered amazing books of mares and there should be quality as well as quantity among his first runners.

David Stack, Coolagown Stud

Choice Alhebayeb at 7-1

Charity Irish Cancer Society

I've seen some stunning foals and yearlings by Alhebayeb and of course he was a precocious two-year-old by Dark Angel, who can seemingly do no wrong. His stock seemed to be in demand at the yearling sales and he'll also have numbers on his side.
