Flying Start graduate Clarke to join James Harron Bloodstock
Jim Clarke, a graduate of the Godolphin Flying Start, is to join the team at James Harron Bloodstock in Sydney in time for the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale in January.
"I am thrilled to be joining the motivated, energetic and ambitious team at James Harron Bloodstock," said Clarke, a law graduate from the Queensland University of Technology.
"The company has achieved phenomenal results in a short space of time and I am looking forward to the opportunity to add to that success.
"I have had a fantastic time in the UK and I am extremely grateful to Godolphin for the opportunity to gain more experience abroad which will be of great benefit to working in racing and breeding in Australia, which is my great passion."
Clarke has previous experience with trainer Peter Snowden in Sydney. He also spent two years working as racing manager for Sydney trainer Bjorn Baker and two years with Godolphin as part of their racing and bloodstock management team in Britain.
Clarke will work in several facets of both James Harron Bloodstock and JHB Syndications.
