Group-placed Mujtaba one of two wildcard entries for the Tattersalls September Sale
Last year's Huxley Stakes runner-up Mujtaba is one of two wildcards for the Tattersalls September Sale next month.
Offered by Somerville Lodge on behalf of Shadwell, the Dubawi gelding (150A) has won five times and twice placed in black-type company, including when second to subsequent Hardwicke Stakes winner Isle Of Jura at Goodwood in May. He was also a neck second to the high-class Point Lonsdale at Chester last year.
Andrew Balding’s Kingsclere Stables offers Mina Rashid, a son of Almanzor who broke his maiden at Chester this year. He went on to run in the Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot and then the German Derby.
The three-year-old is out of a sister to multiple Group winner Lord Admiral and to Lynnwood Chase, the dam of Group or Grade 1 winners Star Catcher and Cannock Chase, as well as Prix Eugene Adam victor Pisco Sour.
The sale catalogue can be viewed here.
