As many as 16 Royal Ascot entries are set to be auctioned in Monday's Goffs London Sale, the 24-strong catalogue for which was released on Tuesday.

Three black-type two-year-old winners had already been announced headed by likely Coventry Stakes runner Givemethebeatboys, who won the Group 3 Marble Hill Stakes at the Curragh in the colours of Con and Theresa Marnane, along with Tipperary winner Supersonic Man for the same connections. They, along with George Boughey's Naxos, earmarked for several of the handicaps, are listed with the caveat that they must remain with their trainers until after the meeting.

The Fixer, who won the Listed Prix la Fleche at Chantilly for Francis Graffard, had already been revealed along with the George Weaver-trained No Nay Mets, with both set for the Norfolk Stakes. The latter is owned by the family of Houston Astros baseball player Alex Bregman and earned a ticket to Ascot by winning on May 13 at Gulfstream Park.

Further horses stated to be aimed for Royal Ascot are Hala Emaraaty (lot 4) for the Windsor Castle Stakes, Bright Legend (5), the Hampton Court, Cuban Dawn (7) Golden Gates Stakes, Indemnify (9) Royal Hunt Cup/Buckingham Palace, Nusret (12) Duke of Edinburgh, Rush Queen (18) Albany, Prince X J (20) Coventry, Tamarama (21) Kensington Palace, Tiger Belle (22) Queen Mary, Jalaybee (24) Windsor Castle/Norfolk, and Ocean Vision (25) in the Jersey Stakes.

Further interesting entries are Patrice Cottier's Sauterne (10), a Kingman filly who was third in the French Guineas, Roger Varian's progressive New Endeavour (15), German Guineas-placed Dhangadi (17), weekend Prix du Lys runner St James Park (19) and Joseph O'Brien's recent Mooresbridge Stakes winner Visualisation (23)

Breeding rights to Havana Grey and Soldier’s Call will be offered as well as a half-sister to Melbourne Cup winner Twilight Payment, Our New Buddy (6), carrying a southern-hemisphere cover to Teofilo.

Goffs group chief executive Henry Beeby said: "Even by its own lofty standards this is an outstanding catalogue for the London Sale with some truly mouthwatering lots featuring 16 Royal Ascot entries.

"This provides buyers with an opportunity not available at any other sale, to head to the Royal mless than 24 hours after purchasing and see your own colours carried at the most famous Flat race meeting in the world.

"We are grateful to our partners headed by Privat 3 Money and look forward to welcoming a true ‘who’s who’ of international racing to the sale like no other. The team at Goffs are so proud to host this amazing event in the grounds of Kensington Palace on the eve of Royal Ascot – what a thrill!"
